Maya - the nurse when we arrived after 22 hours in A and E was fantastic! She was very attentive and listened to concerns and passed them on.
On using the following day staff were merely offering chairs e.t.c, however, we have had no info on the test that were given to my dad in the time he spent in A and E. That is (at scan, x-rays e.t.c.
We have not been able to speak to a doctor for 24 hours!
Other than that since being transferred with staff attitude e.t.c.

quality of care acceptable.
Problem is more warming light and should not, training properly putting more pressure on staff to help the full day.

The ward staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble and food was well sorted. Very impressed with whole ward.
